CBST has a long history of working toward the right for LGBT marriage. The Koleinu Marriage Equality/LGBT Homeless Youth Action Team was an integral coalition partner in passing the NYS Marriage Equality bill.
The Koleinu Marriage Equality/LGBT Homeless Youth Action Team is fighting to end LGBT youth homelessness in NYC.
CBST cares about breast cancer! Every year we participate in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk.

A recent example of CBSTs ongoing commitment to environmental justice and sustainability is our goal of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) platinum certification for our new home.
CBST actively speaks out against Islamophobia in the press, and works to increase awareness of Islamophobia to fight against it.
