Jewish Meditation

In the midst of our busy lives it is especially hard to hit the off switch when we arrive at services. We need to practice being still and being present. Meditation is intended to open our hearts and prepare us for prayer. The Mishnah says that pious ones would arrive in the hour before prayer and prepare themselves through meditation. Please join CRRI Ari Lev Fornari for a Meditation class from 9:30-10 am on Shabbat morning.
