Service Leaders
Services are led by our Rabbis, our Cantor, Cooperberg-Rittmaster Rabbinical Interns, and by qualified members of the congregation.
In most services, the leadership is divided between a service leader and a ba’al tefillah (“chazzan”). A sermon, or drash , may be delivered by one of the Rabbis, an intern, a member of the congregation, or on occasion, by a special guest. Service leadership is scheduled a year in advance and is subject to approval by the Rabbis and music director. If you are interested in leadership opportunities, contact Tasha Calhoun.
