Adult B’nai Mitzvah Program

Have you ever wondered if you could still have a bat or bar mitzvah? CBST is starting a new cohort of our Adult B’nai Mitzvah Program this fall. If you never had a bar or bat mitzvah, or if you want to do it again on your own terms, this program is for you. Become a part of a new community within our community and study the texts, history, and rituals of Judaism while learning the synagogue skills to participate more fully in services.

You too can read from the Torah surrounded by the loving support of your community.

If you are enrolled in the B’nai Mitzvah program you do not have to register individually for these classes (Orientation, Welcoming Shabbat and Beginners' Hebrew). All B’nai Mitzvah students must be CBST members in good standing and are required to attend one Shabbat morning minyan a month. Regular attendance at Friday evening services is expected. For more information about the Bar/Bat Mitzvah program please contact Rabbi Cohen.
